Where can I find my download links after purchase?

There are 2 ways to find your download links:
1) Your links will be emailed to the email address you entered at check out, or to the email address associated with your PayPal account (if you paid with PayPal).
2) Log in to your account, click the order number for the designs you wish to download. Then click "Download Here" under the design title. These links never expire. 


Are these Iron-on patches?

No, these are digital files, nothing will be mailed to you. 

 

Can I sell items I make with your designs?

Yes, you may make PHYSICAL items to sell. These files can be used for personal and limited commercial use to make 500 physical items.  Our designs may not be use for items that are mass produced, produced in factory or use for buy-in groups. Our designs can not be used to make other digital files in ANY format. 

Can I return or exchange a design?

Due to the digital nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges.   The only exception to this is if you purchased the same design twice by accident, if this occurs please contact us. 

Can I use your designs on Cafepress, Amazon Merch, or other print-on-demand sites?

No, you may not use our designs on print-on-demand sites, this includes but is not limited to Cafepress, Printful, Amazon Merch, JET, Wayfair, Spoonflower, Zazzle, TeeFury, Society6, Zulily. 

 

Can I use your pictures to advertise physical items that I will sell?

No, our pictures may not be used to advertise. We have a team of testers that provide quality photos for us. The pictures remain in part the intellectual property of the tester that provided the photo and Apple Dumplin Design. 

 

Can I sell transfers using your printable designs?

No, transfers may not be sold using our printable designs.

 

Do you do custom designs?

At this time we do not offer custom designs, or custom changes.

 

Can I share or resell Apple Dumplin Design files?

No, you may not. The copyright to our designs belongs to and will remain the property of Apple Dumplin Design. You are purchasing the right to use our designs for personal or limited commercial use of 500 items or less. You may not use our images to create printed paper items, heat transfers, screen printed items, web design graphics, logos, or any other derived works. You may not trace our designs. 

 

I am having trouble browsing or placing an order what should I do?

Please clear your cookies, cache, and reboot your computer if you experience any trouble with the website or ordering.

 

I did not receive an email with download links. How do I get my designs?

You can log into your account at any time and download your files from the orders or downloads.
